  • Broke down prototype CAD PEM Fuel Cell assembly into smaller assemblies focused on critical sections of the fuel cell such as the inlet, outlet, and header sections.

  • Developed Nonlinear Solidworks simulations to analyze effect of pressure from adjacent cells in fuel cell stack on cell performance.

  • Transferred deformed assemblies to OpenFOAM CFD software to quantify differences in pressure and mass flow rate due to fuel cell deformation.
